This is a rare drop off mobs in Feralas. It is bind on pickup, so the only way to obtain this one is to grind it yourself. It has a 0.05% drop rate off the rare elite Dreamwatcher Forktongue and a 0.03% drop rate off other mobs. You can also grind it from Noxious Whelps as it also has the chance to drop the Emerald Whelpling pet which is BOE and can be sold on the Auction House.
